Meet Kate

My journey with Reiki began during one of the most challenging periods of my life. Struggling with chronic stress and a deep sense of disconnection, I discovered Reiki healing through a dear friend who recognised the turmoil beneath my surface.

From my very first session, I felt something profound shift within me. The warmth, the peace, the gentle release of emotions I'd held for years – it was nothing short of transformative. That experience ignited a passion that would define the rest of my life.

I dedicated myself to studying under several Reiki masters, eventually achieving my Master Teacher certification. But more than the qualifications, it was the countless hours spent in meditation, the deep inner work, and the privilege of witnessing others' healing journeys that truly shaped me as a practitioner.

I believe that every person who comes to me is already whole – they simply need support in reconnecting with that wholeness. My role is to create a sacred, safe space where healing can naturally unfold.

Whether you're seeking relief from physical discomfort, emotional healing, or spiritual growth, I approach each session with deep presence and compassion. No two sessions are alike because no two souls are alike.

For those called to learn Reiki themselves, I offer the same dedication and care in my teaching. The Level 1 course isn't just about techniques – it's about awakening the healer within you and understanding the profound responsibility and joy of channeling universal energy.
